STEMfestNL has ended

The Technology Education Special Interest Council (TESIC) and the Math-Science Special Interest Council (MSSIC), in partnership with Marine Institute & Memorial University, are excited to announce the 3rd annual Summer Institute of Technology Integration (SITI), STEMfestNL. 

Registration is now open.

We are pleased to offer nearly 60 sessions over the four-day institute, featuring 40 facilitators from across Canada. Before choosing your sessions, please create an account and add a profile picture and bio.

Registration Fee:

Registration fee includes full access to all sessions, facility tours and daily nutrition breaks. 

Newfoundland and Labrador attendees: $100

Out-of-Province attendees: $150

Method of Payment:

Payment is available via the following methods: SDS, email money transfer, cheque, money order, square invoicing (with Square, you will be sent an invoice and payment can then be made by credit card). Questions related to payment can be directed to event Treasurer, Jarratt Rose - jarratt@tesic.org

We'll talk about the "why's", the "how's" and curricular connections. Best of all, we'll turn our space into a coding and robotic workshop!

If you have an iPad, downloading the free app ScratchJr by MIT Media Lab ahead of time is suggested.
